Shea Sinclair
Executive Director

Shea Sinclair has been chosen to lead the Western Kansas Community Foundation as executive director.  Shea began her duties on July 16, 2008. 

Shea was born in Stillwater, Oklahoma.  She grew up in Dodge City and moved to Garden City her junior year of high school.  Shea graduated from Garden City Senior High and Garden City Community College.  From there she graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Interior Design. 

Previous to her position with the WKCF, Shea served as the executive director of the Garden City Community College Endowment Association where she worked with a volunteer board of directors to raise funds for academic and technical scholarships for students attending the college.

Shea is married to Kent Sinclair, a lifelong resident of Garden City.  They have a very spoiled Dalmatian.  Shea enjoys tennis, cycling, travel and hanging out with friends.
